How do I connect my email account?
In Halo, open Settings and choose Add account. Gmail, Outlook, and Yahoo connect through the provider's own sign-in (OAuth). iCloud asks for an app-specific password, which you create at appleid.apple.com and can revoke at any time.
My account shows connected but mail isn't syncing. What should I check?
Open Help & Diagnostics inside Halo — it shows backend, synchronization, account, and notification status. If a provider connection has expired, reconnecting the account from Settings resolves most sync issues.
How does billing work, and how do I change plans?
Plans are managed from billing inside the app: upgrade, downgrade, switch between monthly and yearly, and adjust seats on team plans. Changes to a lower plan take effect at the end of the current billing period.
How do I delete my data or disconnect an account?
Disconnect any provider account from Settings, which removes its synchronized data under the retention rules in the Privacy Policy. Deleting your Kahvor account removes your data under those same rules.
What platforms are supported?
Halo runs on the web in any modern browser and installs on iPhone and iPad from Safari; the native Mac app is coming soon. Kahvor Delivery is in development, coming first to iPhone. The download page always shows the current truth.
How do I report a suspicious email?
Use Report phishing on the message inside Halo. For security issues with Kahvor itself, email [email protected].
