Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how Kahvor collects, uses, shares, retains, and protects information for our AI productivity products.

Information we collect

We collect account information, authentication details, product usage data, support communications, device and log data, and information you connect to Kahvor, such as email, calendar, contacts, messages, attachments, follow-ups, decisions, team assignments, and approval history.

How we use information

We use information to provide the service, prepare replies, summarize context, surface decisions, organize follow-ups, secure accounts, troubleshoot issues, improve product quality, meet legal obligations, and communicate with users.

Connected inbox and calendar data

When you connect Gmail, Google Calendar, or similar services, Kahvor uses that data only to provide user-facing product features such as indexing, summaries, drafts, reminders, search, scheduling context, and approval workflows.

AI processing

Kahvor may send relevant user-selected or workflow-required context to AI infrastructure to generate drafts, summaries, classifications, and recommendations. Kahvor is designed to keep final approval with the user.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We share data with service providers that help operate Kahvor, when directed by a user or workspace administrator, as required by law, or to protect Kahvor, users, and the public.

Retention and deletion

We retain information while needed to provide Kahvor, comply with law, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and maintain backups. Users may request deletion, subject to legal, security, and backup limitations.

California privacy rights

California residents may have rights to know, access, correct, delete, and limit certain uses of personal information. Kahvor does not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
