We build software that runs busywork, so people can run their lives.

Kahvor is an independent software company. We make Halo, an intelligent email and productivity product, and Delivery, a package-intelligence product in development — both running on one shared intelligence layer.

Why Kahvor exists

Attention is the scarcest thing you own.

The problem

Modern life leaks attention: inboxes that demand triage, packages that demand refreshing, schedules that demand assembly. None of it is the actual work — it's the busywork around the work.

The bet

Software is finally capable of running that busywork — reading, sorting, chasing, tracking — quietly and trustworthily, if it is built approval-first and shows its reasoning. That's the product we're building.

Operating principles

How we build

Approval-first, always

Kahvor prepares; you approve. Sending, scheduling, and destructive actions never happen behind your back. This is enforced in the backend, not promised in marketing.

Honest states over impressive demos

The signed-in product never substitutes demonstration data. Empty is shown as empty; unavailable is labeled unavailable — including on this website.

Calm is a feature

Every surface earns its space. No dramatic dashboards, no engagement mechanics, no noise moved around instead of removed.

Privacy as architecture

Personal context stays personal. Team boundaries are explicit. Credentials are encrypted server-side and never reach a client. The details are public.

Where we are

A focused company at the start of its arc.

Today

Halo is live on the web with a native iPhone beta and a Mac app in verification. Kahvor Delivery is in development, coming first to iPhone. The shared platform — one account, one API, one intelligence layer — serves both.

The long game

Email and packages are the first two rooms of a larger house. The intelligence layer that connects them is designed to carry into new domains as it earns trust.

What we're building toward

The future of the Kahvor ecosystem.

Future product

Kahvor Ledger

A future Kahvor product direction for the financial busywork that follows your email: receipts, subscriptions, and spending context.

Future product

Kahvor Atlas

A future Kahvor product direction for travel and logistics: trips, reservations, and the plans scattered across your inbox.

Ledger and Atlas are future concepts, not shipping products. They exist here to show where the shared Kahvor intelligence layer is headed — there is nothing to buy, install, or join yet.

Careers

Not hiring right now — but say hello.

Kahvor has no open vacancies at the moment, and we won't post vague roles to look bigger than we are. If the mission resonates, we read every note.
