When you contact us

The inquiry form prepares an email draft in your browser. It does not submit your information to Kahvor or save it in browser storage. Call and text links open your device’s phone or messaging app; they do not start a call or send a message automatically.

When you email, call, or text us, we receive the contact details and information you share, such as your name, email address or phone number, property information, and message. We use those details to respond and evaluate your inquiry.

Website operation

The website is hosted on Cloudflare. Hosting, email, and communications services may process technical information to deliver and protect their services. Please avoid sending sensitive financial or identity documents through the initial inquiry.

This tab may temporarily store your reading position and website version markers to apply updates. These do not include your inquiry details. Automatic refresh waits while you have an inquiry in progress.

Questions and requests

For questions about your information, or to request correction or deletion of information you have shared with us, email [email protected]. Records may need to be retained where required by law or an ongoing transaction.
