Google API Data Use
This page explains how Kahvor uses data obtained from Google APIs, including Gmail and Google Calendar data.
Limited use
Kahvor uses Google user data only to provide and improve user-facing features, including mail sync, search, prioritization, summaries, reply drafting, decision queues, calendar context, and follow-up tracking.
No sale or advertising
Kahvor does not sell Google user data and does not use Gmail or Google Calendar data for advertising or cross-context behavioral advertising.
Human access
Kahvor limits human access to Google user data to cases where the user gives consent, access is needed for security or support, access is required by law, or data has been aggregated or de-identified.
AI use
Kahvor may process relevant Google user data with AI systems to provide user-facing features such as summaries, drafts, classifications, and recommended actions. Kahvor is designed so users review important actions before execution.
Revocation and deletion
Users may disconnect Google access through Kahvor or their Google account controls. After disconnection or deletion requests, Kahvor deletes or deactivates connected data subject to backups, logs, legal obligations, and security requirements.
Google policy alignment
Kahvor’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including Limited Use requirements.
