Data Processing Addendum

Roles

For customer content, the customer is generally the controller or business, and Kahvor is generally the processor or service provider, unless otherwise stated in a separate agreement.

Processing instructions

Kahvor processes personal data to provide, secure, support, and improve the service according to customer instructions, product settings, and applicable agreements.

Confidentiality and security

Kahvor personnel and service providers with access to personal data are subject to confidentiality obligations and security controls appropriate to their role.

Subprocessors

Kahvor may use subprocessors to host infrastructure, provide authentication, process AI features, deliver communications, and operate support and analytics systems.

Transfers and assistance

Kahvor will provide reasonable assistance for data subject requests, security incidents, deletion, and international transfer obligations as required by applicable law and agreement.
